2) Submit License Application – Once approved by the USDA, you will need to submit your license application form via email or fax (make sure it includes all necessary signatures).
3) Purchase Certificate of Origin – You must purchase and upload this certificate before submitting your license application form via email or fax (make sure it includes all necessary signatures). Once uploaded, this certificate shows that the product was produced in compliance with federal law and regulations. This prevents companies looking at importing hemp products from mislabeling them as being made from certified organic American-grown hemp.”
